We are aware of the glitches going on with our current website. Our solution is relaunching the previous website. It has been given a facelift and simplified for a more user-friendly experience. The websites will be changing soon.
Please note the CS email is currently down and will be fixed soon.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
There have been 3 websites - The 1st (previous website), the 2nd (recent or “current” website), and the 3rd “new” website.
FOR PRE-EXISTING CUSTOMERS (1st website APRIL 2020 - OCT 2021):
If you had an account from the previous (first) website, it will still exist and all you will need to do is log back in and/or change your password. Please be sure to update your profile information.
FOR RECENT WEBSITE CUSTOMERS (2nd website OCT 2021 - Present):
If you did not have an account from the previous (first) website, you will need to create an account (again). At present moment we are unable to import your order history from this website to the new one. We are working on a fix.
FOR ALL CUSTOMERS (3rd website):
Your Order History from the most recent website will NOT be available on the new website. Please use the OLD WEBSITE link in the top navigation bar to access your previous order history. We will keep this link up and available until all orders have been fulfilled.
