UV Explorer One is Sold Out! Newsletter Q+A

The first UV EXPLORER officially launched yesterday. Thank you so much for all your support! Up to now, we have sold out of the 200 limited print editions of the newsletter. To answer some of the questions that popped up:

Q: How to confirm whether the order has been placed successfully?
A: The order has been successfully processed if you reached the following page. Only one copy provided for each member. The repeated orders will be canceled automatically.

Q: Why is there no payment options available? / Why the order shows up under my account, but just says pay later?
A: The payment system is still under construction and payment options like Paypal will be available in the future. Chinese fans, we are still looking for solutions to include Alipay. Please give us some time and thanks for your patience. 

Q: Why it shows “order received” but I haven’t received any email?
A: Confirmation emails will be sent out shortly. Please check your mailbox and spam box later this week.

Q: Will there be a bilingual system in the future?
A: The website is still under construction and yes, we will support the bilingual system (English and Chinese). Please stay tuned.

Q:When will the next newsletter be launched?
A:Any time within the next month (Haven’t got a specific date yet). Registered members can look forward to some new teasers in the second issue.

We want to apologize here officially for any inconvenience caused during the newsletter launch. An overwhelming amount of fans placing placing orders at the same time, caused congestion to our servers and many experienced errors and slow loading time. In response to this we will be covering the cost of the global freight for all the fans who placed their orders for the newsletter successfully.
