Shipping Update - August

UPDATE AUGUST 10th 2020

GLOBAL CUSTOMER UPDATE:
The following items have begun shipping to Global Orders outside of the US:

• UV Pin Wave 1 remaining Orders

• SDCC Underverse Comics Special One

• UV Apparel Tee Shirt - Individual Shirt Orders

For those that purchased individual shirts and a DIY Track Bot Container Tee Sets on the same order, the Sets will be shipped separately at the end of the month. You will receive two tracking numbers.

Tracking info has been added to these web orders. Please check your spam folders just in case.

USA CUSTOMER UPDATE:
USA orders for all mentioned items are currently in transit to our US HQ, where they’ll be packed and shipped within the next two weeks. Because of complications and delays due to the virus, this is the safest and quickest method for us to get these items to our customers in the US. We will update accounts with their tracking info as soon as they ship.

We will also be keeping an active log of Shipping Updates in the SHIPPING section at the footer of the site.
