We have an unfortunate update regarding the Christmas collaboration Kristmas Kuntsler Bear. The factory did not meet Underverse's production standards and expectations for the final shipped product. The item you pre-ordered will still ship, but UV has decided to provide a refund for all users who purchased through UV's official channels free of charge. Please allow us some time to arrange and issue these refunds.
