CUSTOM CANVAS TK CONTEST!
CUSTOM CANVAS TK CONTEST:
Contestants will use the TOMORROW KINGS CANVAS TK Limited Edition as the main subject for their Custom TK Project!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Contestants can freely express their creativity by customizing the TOMORROW KINGS CANVAS TK 1/6th Scale LTD Edition figure that will go up for pre-sale at 10:00 AM on August 4th, China Timezone. Participants must take photos of their finished product and submit them via email to info@underverse.com before the deadline of October 20th 2023, 10:00AM China Timezone.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
The subject of the email: CANVAS TK CUSTOM SUBMISSION
The email must include:
Pictures on a white background (front view, left and right-side views, top view, and back view)
*All pictures should be in .jpg format
**Picture size should not exceed 10MB
Do not include other Brand or I.P. in your photos. Submissions will be disqualified if it includes other brands or I.P.
The body of the email must include the contestant's name (or nickname), social media handle (IG, twitter, etc), country, and city
REVIEW PROCESS:
ROUND 1 Fan Jury: Voting will take place within the UV Official Discord and WeChat fan groups to select the top 10 from both domestic and international submissions.
ROUND 2 Professional Jury: The jury will consist of Underverse Staff and select Beautiful Chemistry artists.
SCHEDULE:
August 4th – October 20th 2023: Submission are OPEN!
October 20th at 10:00AM China timezone: Final Submission Deadline
October 20th – October 25th: Fan voting via Official UV Discord and UV WeChat!
October 25th – October 31st: Professional Jury voting
October 31st: Finalists Announced!
PRIZES:
An original drawing from Ashley Wood
Opportunity to have your Custom Canvas TK featured in an exclusive showcase at a 2024 Underverse exhibition
One ticket to any or all UV exhibitions in 2024 in the Asia region only
Signed editions of the Interloper Tomorrow Samurai TK and ONYX v2 TK
An exclusive photobook of the work, which will also be included in an Underverse Annual photo album or card set
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMERS:
(1) All entries should be original. Any work suspected of plagiarism, copying, copyrighted work, or not being of the customizer’s original design will be disqualified and the customizer/participant will bear any legal responsibility arising from said entry.
(2) Entries should comply with national laws and regulations and promote positive energy.
(3) The entries are customizations based on the 7174 PTY LTD 2023 copyrighted character and design known as CANVAS TK. TOMORROW KINGS are all © 7174 PTY LTD 2023. The customized work does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customizer/contestant in any capacity.
(4) The contestants acknowledge and agree that if their entry wins any of the above prizes after being submitted by email to info@underverse.com, 7174 PTY LTD acquires the intellectual property rights to the entry in perpetuity.
(5) The contestants guarantee that if their entry does not win any of the above prizes after being submitted by email to info@underverse.com, the entry cannot be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of 7174 PTY LTD.
(6) The final interpretation rights belong to 7174 PTY LTD.
(7) Underverse has final say on all decisions regarding this contest.
