Beautiful Chemistry has officially partnered with artist M.Y CHEN ZUER to launch a brand-new AFS (ART FASHION STORY) Series 1/12th scale collectible action figures. The three characters – Flagbearer of the Graffiti Steed Mona, Collector of the Slumber Pillow Collector Nesifu, and Loong Dancer Yan Yan — will be unveiled for the first time publicly in mainland China at M.Y CHEN ZUER’s Booth C401 during the Guangzhou edition of GAF 2026.
About Artist M.Y CHEN ZUER:
M.Y CHEN ZUER is an artist, illustrator, and curator, as well as the founder of The Witch’s Feast, a renowned domestic immersive thematic art festival in China.
She pursued further studies in France at the age of 14, earning dual Master’s degrees in Design Direction and Curatorial Studies from ESAG Penninghen in Paris, and resided in France for nearly a decade. Specializing in ink wash on paper and acrylic painting, she integrates Eastern folk aesthetics with Western fantasy narratives to forge a distinctive Eastern witch-centric worldview. Her works feature sharp, crisp linework and striking color tension, weaving imaginative character tales amid the collision of Eastern and Western cultures. She has been commissioned to create window art for La Rinascente in Milan, Italy, and continuously explores extending contemporary art across diverse mediums including graphic design, illustration, fashion, designer toys, and offline exhibitions.
